With No Paper Solution, retention of customer's  identification document or photocopy is not  required,  no  paperwork for signature is being produced.
Visitor gives   his ID  to receptionist  who will provide for immediate scanning and return document to customer
Visitor signs Company’s registration form  on tablet giving his authorization to process his personal data and privacy; accepts rules of procedures and answers , in digital format, to request of information such as : e-mail address, Company’s name , business role etc.
Program automatically prints the badge onto a removable sticker reporting name, surname ,photo, business qualification , name of person to visit (stating eventual room number, floor etc).
Upon leaving the premises visitor returns the badge to receptionist who will provide for exit registration
Visitor will sign on tablet exit declaration

2  AVOIDS MANUAL ENTRY  OF CUSTOMER LISTS

By ID scanning ,program acquires personal data ,registering records   in real time into NP Visitors software
The goal is to achieve information reliability , creating a visitors digital archive avoiding the use of the old type Register  book 

3  MONITORS PERSONS AND COMPANY’ SAFETY

Visitor, obliged to bear the pass form (badge) , is easily recognizable. Through the check-in procedures a Visitors database is created.
Company’s staff can consult the above archive/database in real time and able to know how many visitors paid visit and currently present
Furthermore it is possible to know  their location within the premises so that in case of any emergency they can be traced and early intervention carried out as per procedure
