The company has implemented over 1,200 workstations so far, and 500 hotels are already using NP technology today.
In this context, No Paper Solution (NP) has emerged as a crucial ally for hotels seeking to digitally transform. Founded with the vision of reducing reliance on manual processes and optimizing operational management in hotel establishments, NP has become a benchmark in Europe. Today, 500 hotels across the continent rely on its digital solutions, which range from digital check-in and check-out to the implementation of fully customizable modules according to the regulations of each country, essential for the proper functioning of hotels.
But how has a company based in the small yet prosperous country of Andorra managed to expand so successfully and become a pillar of hotel digitalization in Europe?
In recent years, technology has completely changed the way the world works. What used to take years to stabilize and be adopted now develops and perfects in a matter of months. Technology is transforming entire industries, and the hotel sector is no exception.
However, with the speed of these changes, many companies face the challenge of keeping up. More and more companies are aware that if they don’t jump on the digitalization bandwagon, they risk falling behind. Adapting too late could mean facing an overwhelming and complex process, especially when current innovations are perfected in a few months and constantly redefine market standards.
This challenge is even more critical in an industry as competitive as the hotel industry, where customer experience and operational efficiency are essential.
The year 2024 marks a significant moment for No Paper Solution, as the company celebrates reaching the milestone of 500 hotels that have integrated its digital solutions. Among these establishments are hotels from Marriott International, such as W Hotels, Le Méridien, Luxury Collection, Westin, St. Regis, Edition, Renaissance, and Autograph Collection. Other chains that also use their technology include Meliá, Four Seasons, Bulgari, Dorchester, Cheval Blanc, and Starhotels.
This achievement is not only a testament to the quality and effectiveness of their products but also to their ability to expand into new cities and countries, thus broadening their borders.
From Andorra, NP has taken its technology across Europe, consolidating a network of more than 1,200 workstations installed in hotel receptions. With this success, it is proven that innovative solutions born in this small but ambitious country can have a global impact, positioning themselves as a true example of Andorra in the world.

Digitalization in the hotel industry has stopped being a trend and has become a necessity. Customers expect fast, efficient, and digital processes. Paper forms and long waits to check in are no longer acceptable in an industry where customer experience is the most critical factor. This shift in expectations has been largely driven by the exponential growth of technology and the desire for hassle-free experiences.
But adapting to this new reality requires more than good intentions. Digital solutions involve modernizing technology, but also transforming the culture and internal processes of the hotel.
This is where No Paper Solution has found its niche. The company not only offers technology but also provides support in the digital transition process. This philosophy has been key in helping hotels overcome resistance to change and adapt to a rapidly advancing market. For companies that continue to postpone digitalization, the risk is clear: falling behind.
The success of No Paper Solution is largely due to its flagship products: Q-easy and Butlerfly. Both have been designed to make the check-in and check-out processes more efficient and satisfying for customers.
NP's digital solutions help minimize the ecological impact of hotel operations, reducing the carbon footprint. As a result, every year, the 500 hotels using NP's solutions have avoided printing 29 million documents, consuming 1,130,000 kW of energy, and using more than 4 million liters of water, in addition to reducing the emission of 4,140 kg of CO₂.
Additionally, over 700 trees of 8 meters in height have been preserved.
