Q-Easy consists of a Plexiglass unit, characterized by an elegant and modern design that adapts to every hotel reception, equipped with a Windows surface with a digital camera and stylus. Q-easy is interconnected with the front desk PC and linked to the PMS, so that all billing/check-in operations can be carried out digitally.
One single device for scanning IDs, displaying information, accepting privacy policy terms, acquiring signatures, and entering personal data and details; no more installation of additional application software or system tools on your computer, no more connections of peripheral devices, and most importantly, no more annoying and heavy cables on your desk.
How Q-easy works
Q-Easy is open at both ends so that, depending on Covid precautions, operations can be performed by the hotel receptionist or the guest with the assistance of the operator, if necessary.
Q-easy will automatically focus on the ID and take a scanned photo of it to acquire the data; after that, using the same surface, the guest will be asked to select their language and use the digital stylus (with a single-use protective cover) to read and accept privacy policy terms, sign their registration card or any other necessary form, enter their email address and phone number, etc.
Q-easy will transfer the acquired data to the PMS, both in real-time and in the background, without any additional action from the receptionist. All signed documents will be saved and stored in your database.
